Ingredients:


OG = 1.054 - 1.058
FG = 1.012 - 1.016
3.5 lbs John Bull Hopped Light Malt Extract
3.5 lbs John Bull Light Malt Extract
1 lbs. Light Dry Malt Extract
4 Oz. Crushed Biscuit Malt Grain
4 Oz. Crushed Crystal Malt Grain (40° Lovibond)

1 Oz Galena (11.3% Alpha Acid bittering)
1 Oz Fuggle (4.3% Alpha Acid finishing)
Irish Moss (1tsp.)
5 Oz. Priming Sugar (Corn)
Ale Yeast
Directions: A Hopping IPA
Place crushed crystal malts in water and steep at 155° F for 30 Minutes. Remove spent grains, add malt extracts and Galena hops, and boil for 1 hour, adding the Fuggle hops and Irish moss during the last 5 minutes.  Cool wort and pitch yeast.
