Salisbury Steak
Easy to make and for the kids to eat.

Ground Beef

| 2 Cups (1/2 bag) |
Stuffing Mix

Egg Whites

| 1 Tbs |
Worcestershire Sauce
|
| 1 Tbs |
Terriyaki
|
| 1 Medium diced |
Onion
|
| 2 Cans |
Beef Gravy
|
| Sliced |
Mushrooms Fresh
|
|

Instructions:

- Mix stuffing mix, meat, onion, egg whites and 1 cup water, worcester and terriyaki sauce. Shape into patties, I generally get 8-12 depending on how you size them.
- Brown in large skillet or electric grill on medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides.
- Add a pad of butter to the skillet and saute the mushrooms.
- Layer in a baking dish and cover with gravy and mushrooms. Cook in oven or Microwave
We usually prepare this in advance and just cook it when it ready.
