Salisbury Steak
Easy to make and for the kids to eat.

AmountDescription
2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Cups (1/2 bag) Stuffing Mix
3 Egg Whites
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbs Terriyaki
1 Medium diced Onion
2 Cans Beef Gravy
Sliced Mushrooms Fresh
Instructions:

  1. Mix stuffing mix, meat, onion, egg whites and 1 cup water, worcester and terriyaki sauce. Shape into patties, I generally get 8-12 depending on how you size them.

  2. Brown in large skillet or electric grill on medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides.
  3. Add a pad of butter to the skillet and saute the mushrooms.

  4. Layer in a baking dish and cover with gravy and mushrooms.  Cook in oven or Microwave

We usually prepare this in advance and just cook it when it ready.
