		| 2 Cups | Flour |  
		| 1 Small (8 Oz). | Sour Cream |  
		| 2 | Egg Yolks |  
		| 2 Tsp. | Butter |  
		| 1 T. | Salt |  
		| Filling | Mashed Potatoes |  
		| Filling | Farmers Cheese |  
		| Filling | Cabbage |  
		| Filling | Kibalse |  |  
						|  |  |  |  |  
						| Instructions: |  
						|  | Mix all Together. 
 Roll each one out fill with Potatoe / Cheese, Steamed Cabbage & Kibalse or Prunes.
 
 Can roll out large sections of noodle dough and cut into 2x2 Squares.
 
 Fold over and pinch shut good.
 
 Drop in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes, move to frying pan and saute onions, butter with Pirogy.
