Chicken Paprikash
paprikás csirke. Bob's Version, to be Served over noodles, substitute Pork for chicken. Makes a moderate Amount.

AmountDescription
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Medium sliced (or diced) Onion
1 (bell) sliced (or diced) Green Pepper
1 Clove crushed Garlic Fresh
2 Tbs (Sweet Hungarian) Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. White Pepper
4 med-whole, chunks or strips Chicken Breast Cutlets
1 Cup (or Can) Chicken Stock
1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Cup. Sour Cream
1 lb (med or wide) Egg Noodles
Instructions:

Combine salt, flour, paprika and white pepper together.

Cover meat with combined flour and spice mixture.

Saute Onions, garlic and pepper together on medium heat, slowly turn up the heat and add the coated chicken, lightly browning the meat and preparing a rue, adding butter.

Add Chicken Broth and Tomato Paste, simmering very low for 10-15 minutes, finishing cooking chicken.

Add sour cream, simmer on low for additional 10-15 minutes.

Serve over noodles, sometimes better the next day !
